  •   Large bowl for mixing
  •   Large pot for boiling potatoes
  •   Stiff spoon for stirring the ingredients
  •   Serrated knife for scraping off potato skins
  •   Liquid measuring cup
  •   Teaspoon size measuring spoon
  •  Tablespoon size measuring spoon
  •  Knife and cutting board for dicing and chopping
7 large potatoes
6 large eggs
1 bunch green onions

3 stalks celery
2 cups mayonnaise
1/3 cup sweet pickle relish

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons yellow mustard

1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Cooking Directions:
1.     Boil potatoes in water with a pinch of salt added until tender to fork. Peel with the serrated edge of a knife then dice, add to large bowl.
2.     Chop green onions and add to bowl
3.     Wash, remove top and bottom, split lengthwise, then chop celery. Add to bowl.
4.     Measure and add relish to bowl.
